Since 2017, Berlin Wagner Gruppe has been presenting full performances of Wagner operas in concert and semi-staged format in Germany.
With the creation of our sister corporation, Berlin Wagner Group, Inc, we are excited to announce that we can now bring our expertise learned abroad, right back home to New Hampshire and New England!
We operate by collective collaboration - performers share both costs and profits, preparing and providing singers with the opportunity to study, rehearse, and perform (off book) a full Wagner role with a complete cast. BWG also gives our audience the unique opportunity and experience to hear Wagner (and Wagnerians!) up close and personal.
In order for us to move to the next level, Berlin Wagner Group needs you!
With the effects of an almost worldwide shutdown of live theatre, the performing arts (and artists themselves) are in a precarious position. Up until now, BWG and singers have had to bear the full costs of offering these wonderful operas. With our expansion into New England, we have the opportunity to give even more singers the chance to learn and perform this monumental repertoire.
